Cut a carrot nose shape out of orange paper. 2 paper plates ( 1 larger than the other), glue, scissors, items to decorate such as pom pom ball, buttons, construction paper, glitter, googly eyes, cotton balls (to look like snow), felt.
You may need to fix hooks on opposite walls for hanging this.
How to make snowman with paper plates. Complete the rocking snowman by affixing the buttons, scarf and stick arms to the paper plate. On top of the medium circle, draw a smaller circle for the snowman's head. Then wrap it around to make a cone shape with the center of the plate making the point.

Round off the edges with your scissors and cut out a strip of colorful paper for the accent ribbon on the hat. It’s something i always enjoyed as an early years teacher and this melted snowman paper plate is no exception. You can decorate the hat with a “paper ribbon” if you wish.
Glue the cut out piece on the top of the paper plate. Use your scraps of construction paper to make a carrot nose, stick arms, and a top hat. Stable the smaller plate to the larger plate.
Measure how big you want the nose to be, and draw it first. Glue on the accessories and use. Don’t forget branches for his arms.
